摘要
The influence of microtexture and grain size on grain boundary character distribution (GBCD), as well as the effect of such influence on the evolution of bulk texture in primary recrystallized Fe-50%Ni samples were studied. In heavily deformed Fe-50%Ni, the microstructure and GBCDs after primary recrystallization are principally altered during normal grain growth by the migration of high-angle general boundaries (HAB) which are expected to be more mobile than coincidence boundaries when boundary dragging by solute effect is not present. The GBCD in medium to strong textured materials can be assessed in a better way by considering the distinguishable classes of orientations and grain sizes present in the samples.
