摘要：
In this paper we characterize all the phase shift covariant normalized positive operator measures, i.e., phase observables, and we investigate some of their examples. We also characterize those phase observables which arise from the phase space observables as their polar coordinate angle margins. (C) 1999 American Institute of Physics. [S0022-2488(99)04810-0].
