Sliding mode robust adaptive fault-tolerant control design for uncertain time-delay systems

摘要
The paper is concerned with development of sliding mode for uncertain linear time delay systems. A robust adaptive fault-tolerant compensation control system design method with actuator faults and exogenous disturbances is proposed. A delay-ahead predictor is used to handle system's time delay. Matrix full-rank factorization technique with sliding surface design is used to solve the actuators faults. An adaptive sliding mode controller replaces a fault detection and isolation mechanism to update automatically for compensating the effects of actuator faults. The asymptotic stability of closed-loop systems is guaranteed by mean of adaptive H-2 performance. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the validity of the results.
