摘要：
Due to the speed-up economic globalization and the more complicated financial environment, commercial banks face continuously challenging market risks. In order to enhance Chinese financial system's risk prevention and control capability, this paper constructs a market risk management system for commercial bank, which consists of organizational system, strategic system, implementation system, supervision system, and information system. It can help domestic commercial banks to scientifically assess, prevent, and control market risks, providing with practical theories for China's commercial banks' market risk management during the transitional period.
