The Prediction Model of Shandong Service Industry based on Improved ELM-RBF Learning Algorithm

摘要
The accurate prediction of production value of Shandong service industry is very important, which is the basis of planning and decision making of Shandong service industry. Based on the indices of Shandong service industry and the improved ELM-RBF neural networks learning algorithm, the prediction model of Shandong service industry is proposed in this paper. The simulation result shows that the presented prediction model has the characteristics of fast learning convergence and accurate prediction performance. The prediction has a high application value for the prediction of Shandong service industry.
