摘要
Subdivision surfaces are important in geometric modeling. However, not much work has been done in texture mapping on subdivision surfaces. In this paper, we propose a texture mapping method on subdivision surfaces using multiple images. We have implemented our method on Doo-Sabin subdivision surfaces. Our solution is based on the further splitting, In a subdivision process, a new face of control meshes may fall into a region of multiple texture maps, To correctly texture map on such face, we need to further split it into multiple parts so that each part falls into a region of only one texture map.
