摘要
The purpose of this article is to present a different perspective on the importance of knowledge in post-capitalist economies. It aims at identifying factors influencing the competitiveness of postcapitaliste economy. Theme of the work starts from the meaning "knowledge economy" and comparing it with the contemporary economy. Organizing the new economy requires a transcendent leap, that switching to a new model of organizing society and economy, described by Peter Drucker as the capitalist economy. In the new society, the true source considered dominant factor of production are knowledge, not capital, labor and land as in capitalist society. In the knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the key determinant of international competitiveness of nations.(Keynes 2009) The study points to the following aspects: Highlights of postcapitalist economy as a knowledge economy; center dot Competitive advantages of the knowledge economy; The importance of knowledge and knowledge in "architecture" post-capitalist economy. In terms of approach, consider the theme shows a high degree of interest being studied and treated by the major producers of science. Training knowledge even more than in developed countries, because they understood that "core" new economy is knowledge and that this increases their competitiveness. Not all skills are valued and important, but only those that produce useful knowledge. Formation of knowledge is now the largest investment in all developed countries, because they understood that to be competitive in a market economy need to invest in technology. The practical section of this paper is set on the European Union area and it analyzes the possible link between the information held by individuals/economic agents on the co-financing policies of various investments and the level of development of that country. The essence of this subject is to find an answer to the question posed by Porter, that: "why some nations succeed and others fail to cope with international competition?" It is very important that all participants engaged in the global economy to acquire this new economy, the knowledge economy. Porter (1999)
