摘要：

The internet is evolving into a powerful new channel for traditional commerce. E-commerce has changed the way we do business. E-commerce also brings with it new risks, Begin with the concept of dynamic e-commerce and risk management, this paper analyses the implementing process of web services and dynamic e-commerce. It researches the possible risk of the implementing process of dynamic e-commerce. In the end, this paper introduces the strategies to reduce risk of dynamic e-commerce.
