摘要
A case study is presented that exemplifies the civic appropriation of TIC as mechanisms for citizen participation. The civic innovations implemented in Mexico by the civil organization Codeando Mexico are described. Finally, we reflect on the value and impact of technologies as a means of citizen participation.
