摘要
As a fundamental work for pavement maintenance management, the evaluation on asphalt pavement performance is the premise of determining the maintenance time and strategy. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional TOP SIS model, an improved TOPSIS method is proposed to make comprehensive assessment on asphalt pavement performance. Instead of the Euclid distance, the vertical distance between the evaluation object and positive ideal solution is taken as the basis for alternatives ranking. A case study is carried out, indicating that this approach is rational and feasible. The result can provide a certain reference for the road management department to make optimal decision.
