摘要
The purpose of the study is to explore how ethical leadership, organizational culture, perceived organizational support, as well as leader-member exchange contribute to organizational citizenship behavior. This survey was conducted on the cellular industry of Pakistan. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and 322 responses were received. The results of the survey have shown that ethical leadership, perceived organizational support and organizational culture have a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The findings suggest that leader-member exchange plays a positive mediating role between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
