Study on the Prevention Mechanism of Group Crisis from the Perspective of Public Management

In recent years, the network mass incidents show an obvious upward trend, and the prevention and control of network mass incidents are imminent. The network mass incidents belong to the public crisis, and have obvious crisis attributes. The theory of government crisis management provides a new angle of view for the prevention and control of the network mass incidents. From the concept, information communication, laws and regulations, mechanism construction of four aspects of analysis of network group incidents reasons and countermeasures, in order to control the situation as soon as possible, reduce the loss, won the support of the people, safeguard the stability and development of the country and the government's credibility. In recent years, the study of crisis management in social science has entered a bottleneck in china. This paper aims to sort out the study of crisis management from the perspective of public management in the past ten years, so as to provide reference for the further development of crisis management research. Finally, this paper sums up the areas worthy of study in the light of the current situation and trends of crisis management research.
