School-based Physical Education Curriculum Design and Development

In order to better implement PE and Health Curriculum Standard and solve the restriction problems in PE curriculum construction, this essay, according to the basic requirements of quality education to PE curriculum reform, profoundly analyzes the emerging background, development connotation and practical significance of school-based PE curriculum and proposes the development principles, development process, the concrete development forms and the development implementation strategies of school-based PE curriculum from the perspective of multi-curriculum. The school-based PE curriculum development system, based on the development of students' sports abilities, can better realize the PE curriculum objectives, form school-running characteristics and effectively prompt the improvement of PE teachers' professional level and the development of students' personalities. The school-based PE curriculum development system which emphasizes ability development adapts to the development requirements of PE curriculum and provides an effective framework scheme for PE curriculum reform.
