摘要
In recent years, food safety problems have emerged frequently in China. Fake and poor quality food and the indiscriminate use of additives are to be blamed. However, out-dated cold chain logistics is the more important reason. If the cold chain conditions are not good, the food will deteriorate through long-distance transportation, which will cause food safety problems when they are sold to the final consumers. Cold chain logistics is a major food safety measures. In Chins, through the production, circulation and consumption of cold fresh food, out-dated cold chain not only causes a great economic loss but also threatens food safety. Based on the SWOT analysis, this thesis studies Chongqing agricultural products cold chain logistics development strategy in both qualitative and quantitative aspects in order to better provide directions for the policy makers.
