摘要
The Today's Internet technology changing our lives in terms of the way we work, learn and interact. These changes naturally should reflect the way government functions in terms of the organization of the government, its relationship with its citizens, institutions and businesses and cooperation with other governments. Also, the increasing generalization of technology access by citizen and organizations brings expectations and demands on government. India is a country of 1.2 billion people, having 29 states, 6 union territories and 22 official languages. E-governance in such a big country is a challenging task in itself. The main objective of E-governance is to establish citizen transparent mechanism to provide easy and reliable access of its services of citizens and stakeholders.
