Predicting approaches to conflict resolution from big five personality

摘要：
This study examines the relationships between the Big Five personality factors and five interpersonal conflict resolution strategies. A total of 110 managers completed questionnaires assessing their personality factors and conflict resolution strategies. The results indicate that some of the Big Five factors significantly predict conflict resolution strategies. Implications and suggestions for future research are presented.
