Evaluation of low frequency ac voltage measurement using integrating sampling technique

摘要
Sampling technique has been used in many laboratories to measure low frequency ac voltage by using integrating sampling digital voltmeter. It has already been demonstrated that excellent accuracy can be achieved using such techniques at frequencies below 1 kHz. This pager evaluates the theory behind the integrating sampling technique for measuring RMS value of sine signal and presents both simulations and measurement results, obtained with voltage calibrator and digitally synthesized calculable source. Also the frequency linearity comparison between sampling voltmeter and digitally synthesized calculable source is presented.
