摘要
The research paper "Learning Outcomes: conception and the changes of educational system in engineering education" deals with the conceptual analysis of scientific literature and documents that demonstrate the essence of active educational transformations that engineering education and higher education in general undergoes under the influence of the realization of Bologna process resolutions. The main attention is devoted to the competent interpretation of learning outcomes, the conceptual analysis of which is presented in this research paper. The author of it argues that learning outcomes should serve as a kernel point in the formation of the well - balanced educational system.
