摘要
The presented article discusses the ion parametric resonance theory, especially the modified parametric magnetic resonance version published by V.V. Lednev and attempts to verify the validity thereof in view of specific ion channels. To this end, several experiments with IPR-compliant EM field parameters for specific ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+) have been conducted on Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (yeast) strands, as well as non-IPR compliant (chosen randomly but within the expected bioactive ranges) combinations. Statistical analysis of the calculated exposed/control colony forming unit ratios has confirmed a statistically significant effect of the applied electromagnetic field for specific ion types, whereas the randomly chosen parameters have not. The results present a good basis for further research in this area with the ultimate aim of pin-pointing the exact receptors responsible for the observed changes in proliferative response.
