Study of the Impact of Salary Satisfaction upon Employees' Performance Based on Structural Equation

摘要
It is an urgent need for most real estate companies to establish a sound salary management system that can promote employees' performance. Due to this reason, this paper set up index systems of salary satisfaction and employees' Performance respectively and propose the assumption of how salary satisfaction affects employees' performance on the basis of the sort-out related theory, then establish the structural equation model that quantify the impact. Based on the theoretic study, a real estate company is selected to be surveyed, and an empirical analysis is done. Under the guidance of the scientific method mentioned above, explanation is provided for the empirical results both from the theoretical and practical aspects. Furthermore, combined with the real estate company's actual situation, suggestions are provided to improve employees' performance.
