Electromagnetic Transient Analysis of the Influence of Voltage Grading Bands on Insulation Shield of High Voltage Current Transformer

摘要
There is a phenomenon that uneven voltage distribution exists on the surface of main insulation shield in the extra high voltage current transformer. The copper strips are affixed to the surface of main insulation for insuring the equivalently electrical potential. In the low and/or medium frequency, all the potential distribution mode can be effective but be ungratified in high frequency. In this paper, a circuit model of grading band with different layout modes by ATP-EMTP is build up, and the difference among them at high-frequency transient voltage as well as the influence on insulation safety is discussed finally.
