摘要
Prison offender gangs are informal groups of offenders who are serving a sentence in prison, based on the common negative psychology, and are the main hidden troubles influencing the security of prison. This paper analyzed the characteristics and causes of prison offender gangs. Propitious to identify the principles of treating and dealing with the gang, it got the weight of every cause using AHP method. And different types of prison offender gangs should have different treatment methods. For the subjective causes of offender gangs, we should devote intensifying efforts to transforming education from the fundamental. But for the objective causes, we should strengthen the scientific management of offenders from the measures.
