摘要
with the growing complexity of current mechatronics systems, their verification is getting more important, hard, time-consuming and expensive. Hardware-in-the-loop systems (HIL) provide an opportunity for simulation very similar to real life. The problem, aside from performance, is that they are complex, hardly integratable and thus hardly plannable and expensive. This paper proposes an approach for automation of the process of HIL system configuration, but also development based on low-cost hardware. It provides a full system solution, starting with hardware platform and architecture up to firmware development, code generation and integration of the HIL system.
