The dynamic relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Jiangsu province

摘要：
The paper analyzes the dynamic relations between industrial structure and employment structure. The results show that primary industry performs a reservoir function. of labor force obviously. The secondary industry's structure has a bigger improvement in deviation degrees between industrial structure and employment structure and still has some distances for harmony development. The tertiary industry's structure has already achieved the harmony development level on the whole, but still has a long way to go compared with the developed country.
