摘要：
In "Internet +" era, it not only has changed the company's business model and marketing, the company's human resource management also has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. From the perspective of theory with practice, this article pointed out the characteristics of "Internet +" era, and on this basis, it proposes seven new Internet era thinking human resources management.
