Stability Analysis of Coupled Map Car-following Model with varying Time-delays of Drivers

摘要
Based on coupled map car-following model proposed by Konishi, a new kind of coupled map car-following model is proposed and the stabilization issue of new coupled map car-following model under the impact of drivers time-varying delay response time is studied. By using the Lyapunov function theory, the sufficient conditions that the existence of state feedback controller for the closed-loop car-following model is stable is given, which indicates that the phenomenon of traffic congestion can be effectively suppressed, the controller can be obtained by solving the LMIs. Finally, through some simulation example verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of method.
