摘要
The article focuses on the potential for inter-municipal cooperation as a tool for efficient provision of public services at the municipal level. In addition to the of common provision of selected public services provided by municipalities within their independent kompetence such as the issue of basic education, waste management, social services or the implementation of development measures of common interest into focus given the possibility of ensuring internal support services to enable the actual operation of towns and villages. The paper presents the first results of the analysis of the preferences of municipalities, as published in the so-called. The Aggregate document prepared for the micro-region consisting of the territory of the municipality with extended powers. Furthermore, responding to surveys carried out mainly among small communities, which indicate a possible interest in establishing joint capacity to provide these agendas.
