The concentration dependences of the dynamic characteristics of adsorbates in slitlike pores

摘要
The concentration dependences of the self-diffusion and shear-viscosity coefficients of a dense adsorbate in narrow slitlike pores were considered. The coefficients were calculated based on the simplest molecular model (the lattice gas model), which takes into account the intrinsic volume of molecules and their interactions in the quasi-chemical approximation. The mobility of molecules was shown to strongly depend on the distance from pore walls and the direction of their motion. The role played by the molecule-wall potential and the effect of glide of adsorbate films along pore walls were analyzed.
