摘要
'Youhou', 'Okitsu-20' and 'Jirou' sweet persimmon were sprayed Se-fertilizer on leaves at the Na2SeO3 concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg.L-1. Accumulation of heavy metals including cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) and fruits quality were assessed. The research results show that spraying Se-fertilizer on leaves is a preferable method for supplementing selenium to persimmon and the deposition of Cd, Pb and Hg in the persimmon leaves and fruits were refrained. The 150 mg.L-1 Na2SeO3 was considered the optimum concentration for foliar feeding of Se on sweet persimmon trees. Selenium content in both leaves and fruits increased as application dosage increased from 0 to 150 mg.L-1 Na2SeO3. The content of Cd, Pb and Hg in the leaves and fruits decreased with increasing selenium concentration under different selenium treatments from 0 to 150 mg.L-1, and the soluble sugar, titratable acid, Vitamin C and soluble solid in the fruits were improved, but when increased to the highest concentration, the trend was opposite. Se-fertilizer has the most obvious inhibition to the deposition of Cd and Hg for 'Okitsu-20' while Pb for 'Jirou'. Furthermore, compared with 'Youhou' and 'Jirou', 'Okitsu-20' had the highest sensitivity to external selenium and had a better performance.
