摘要
According to The European Commission, environmental public procurement (EPP) is a process through which the public authorities want to acquire goods, services and works with low environmental impact, throughout their lifecycle. Based on some environmental criteria, public authorities can buy electricity services, transport services, IT equipment, food and catering and many other goods and services that contribute to reducing environmental impact. The EPP concept was largely recognized in the last few years as an useful instrument in promoting ecological products and services and in reducing the environmental impact of public authorities activities.
