摘要
Nowadays, the competences that students of Primary School Teaching Degree and teachers in the first years of teaching exercise in the Primary School must acquire are varied and complex in order to respond to a changing and demanding school development. In this way, the role of the capacity-building courses and the Primary Education is clearly challenging. For these reasons, innovative teaching methodologies are required through enabling technologies and policies for transformating the education of the XXI century. In this way, in the present study an e-learning system to develop scientific, academic and socioemotionals competences of Primary School Teaching Degree Students and teachers in the first years of teaching exercise in the Primary School. The results show that the clear directions and the time effectively allocated to training these skills across e-learning system are critical elements for the success of this process of transversal competences. The practical implications to develop an active virtual learning environment have been discussed in order to contribute significantly to the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of the capacity-building courses and the Primary Education at a high level.
