摘要
With the increasing construction and demolition (C&D) waste generated in the process of urban construction activities, how to improve the recycling rate of C&D waste has become an urgent problem. On the basis of reviewing the theoretical and practical research of the existing system dynamics (SD), this paper systematically analyzes the application of SD in the management of C&D waste within the recycle policy making. The study shows that accurately calculating the cost and benefit of recycle, saving transportation and processing costs and the government's financial subsidy and tax penalty scenario can effectively improve the recycle rate of C&D waste.
