摘要：
This article details the use of mechanical thrombectomy for hemodialysis fistulas and grafts. A comparison of balloon angioplasty versus combined surgery with balloon angioplasty versus aspiration thrombectomy and hemodynamic thrombectomy is given. The technique used for thrombectomy for PTFE grafts and Brescia-Cimino fistulas is described.
