Tuning Method for Electro-hydraulic Servo System's PID Controller Based on Fibonacci-search Algorithm

摘要
This paper proposes an optimal tuning PI controller based on Fibonacci-search method, which is used to control electro-hydraulic servo system. As we all know, electro-hydraulic servo system has a high nonlinearity as a result of leakage and frictions. Considering the effect of nonlinearity to modeling and controlling, an optimality criterion is introduced to improve the system's control performance. Fibonacci-search method, which aims at finding the optimal point of the defined optimality criterion and tuning the PI controller, is discussed in this paper. Through this method, we can complete the tuning of parameter quickly and accurately. According to the simulation results, the controller has ability to improve electro-hydraulic servo system's rapidity and stability.
