摘要：

Third-party Logistics (TPL) has now become a common practice. So it is very important to firms to select appropriate TPL providers. This paper gives a method of TPL provider selection and transportation assignments with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Goal Programming (GP). We give a process of selection TPL providers and establish a criteria hierarchy structure which has two levels including 4 criteria and 16 sub-criteria. At last, it has proved the validity and the practicability by an example.
