摘要
Professional talents majoring in economic management in university are applied talents required to have very strong applying ability and practical operating ability, so to cultivate economic management students' practical ability is particularly important. Marketing sand table simulation training uses unique visual teaching aids, integrates market variables, combines role play, scenario simulation and teacher commenting, and makes students fully experience the process of enterprises' operating management and practical marketing accumulated for years in a virtual market competition environment. It has become an advanced practical teaching link for university economic management students to learn courses including marketing. The new experiential teaching method can improve students' practical operational capability through a high-degree simulation of market environment, enable students to experience the splendor and cruelty of market competition in practice and the risk and responsibility that an enterprise operator needs to undertake, and arouse students to think over professional orientation.
