Core Competence of China's Real Estate Enterprise Based on the Value Chain

In view of the competence enlarging unceasingly present situation in China's real estate enterprises, the paper uses the value chain theory to manage and analyze the value chain constitution in China's real estate enterprises, then, summary is that the core competence, demarcation of real estate enterprise are basic energy, auxiliary energy, resources conformity ability and innovation ability, the paper also gives the hierarchical structure. Based on this, utilizes the fuzzy judgment method to carry on the quantitative evaluation, optimize real estate enterprise's value chain and enhance the core competence. At last, through empirical studies this paper verifies the model framework.
