MANAGEMENT OF EUROPEAN FUNDED PROJECTS

There has been an increased interest in how to implement projects financed through external funds, especially European Funded Projects. We have all heard or used the term of European Funded Projects, but not everybody is aware about the complexity of the problems this concept involves. This paper seeks to clarify the issues managers are confronting in this sector, and the solutions adopted by them. In this context, we have developed a questionnaire with 30 questions, applied to various project managers that work with European Funds, but not only.
