Technical communication for organizational knowledge creation

Since the end of 20(th) century, knowledge management in the postindustrial information economy has become a hot issue. In this study, the author assumes that "Organizational Knowledge Creation" involves five main steps. To achieve these five main steps smoothly, the five knowledge enablers are introduced as follows: instill a knowledge vision, manage conservation's, mobilize knowledge activists, create the light context, and globalize local knowledge. And the importance rules of technical writing and engineering communication in the each enabler are described. Also, the relationship between the knowledge creation steps and the technical communication is modeled by a time homogeneous DTMC (Discrete Time Markov Chain), the creation process modeled by DTMC is checked by showing some examples.
