Strategy innovation in China's shipbuilding industry based on the Harmony Theory

摘要
As a strategic industry with powerful international competitiveness, China's shipbuilding industry is experiencing a critical stage of strategy transformation. Through analyzing shipbuilding industry's current strategy, this article points out the existing problems in it, and tries to conduct the "Harmony" concept into solving these issues from the perspective of strategy innovation, puts forward the concept of "Harmony Strategy " as well as the " Harmony Strategy Model", and then provides corresponding solutions and safeguard measures to achieve sustainable development finally.
