Project Financing: The Optimal Financing Mode to Promote Rural Infrastructure Construction

To ensure sufficient and fluent of money supply in the construction of rural infrastructure, establish the evaluation index system. The principle component analysis method is introduced, the dominant effects of BOT, PPP, ABS and other modes for the financing process of rural infrastructure is studied, the common factor which plays the predominant role is found, and the comprehensive evaluation index function is structured.
