摘要：
The article firstly reviews the Mansfield Logistic Model and its general steps to forecast new product market diffusion (NPMD). Secondly, the authors point out the problems, parameter implication, maximum determination, and growth period computation for this Logistic Model to be applied in forecast NPMD features. Finally, the article diagnoses and solves those problems by reviewing the process Verhulst followed during deducing Logistic Model based on Malthus Model.
