The paper advocates that the power distributions, condition monitoring and right of entries are highly coupled for smart and distributed power systems. Capturing, corrupting, or fake data transmission is actually detrimental for the revenue collections of power utilities. Prospective elucidations make sure the instructions, documentations and clandestine. Synchronizing time tag records in the open source is very noteworthy for bidirectional data flow from utility to punter vice-versa. The safety and reliability of the smart system marry with secure data transmission to put into effect a corpulent time domain platforms for the synchronizations as issues of the power trading policy.
