摘要
In this article, we have discussed the analytical solution to the higher order nonlinear Schrodinger equation representing the propagation of short light pulses in the monomode optical fibers. The so-called bright, dark and singular solutions are founded with solitary wave ansatz method. Moreover, the (1/G')-expansion and the modified simple equation methods are also applied to extract some new traveling wave solutions. (C) 2017 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
