摘要
The application of CMMI system and Six Sigma in the software process improvement is introduced. The feasible analysis is done from some aspects, such as organization structure, improvement flow, tools and management system. A software process improvement system which integrates the Six Sigma and CMMI is set up and verified through case. Not only theories are offered to support the concrete implementation of the software process management and provide a series of practicable tools, but also the integration of Six Sigma process and CMMI is applied to software industry. Therefore, it has profound practical and theoretical significance.
