Research on the Optimal Model of Government E-procurement Process

The study of government management has concentrated on institution construction, model study and methodological approach. Hedged with the situation of China and the balance of benefits, the desired result of government procurement efficiency and benefits of public product has not been achieved. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of government procurement, this paper studies government procurement in terms of system model. This paper dovetails optimal process into government e-procurement research, systematically analyzes M-M model, Branco model, N-M model, policy model and two stage model etc, and gives a profound analysis of government e-procurement process in terms of role identification, policy simulation, cost distribution, economic benefit and social welfare, established a optimizing frame of government e-procurement model under the premise of maximization of economic benefits.
