摘要
Novel pH and temperature-sensitive MPEG-PCL-PAE triblock copolymers were synthesized by the ring-opening and Michael reaction. MPEG-PCL-PAE shows a sol-gel transition by ionization-deionization of PAE block. At low temperature and high pH, MPEG-PCL-PAE changed into a gel state by micelle packing. MPEG-PCL-PAE, showing a gel state at 37°C and pH 7.4, was synthesized. This polymer will be applicable to injectable hydrogel for DDS.
