摘要
The behaviors of materials in cyclic heating and loading will remarkably affect properties of material process such as forming and welding. The paper addresses some typical cases: (1) the behaviors of material under both cyclic heating and various loading conditions, (2) the phase transformation plasticity of shape memory alloys in both temperature and load changing (for metal forming). In behaviors arose by cyclic heating and loading, the irreversible inherent strain will be one of most importance. Meanwhile, the measure method based on in situ multi-physical field investigation is introduced, i.e., the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method which is a non-contact optical full-field deformation measurement method. A few experiment and simulating results are presented to exhibit the relative advances in material processes.
