THE PREDICTION AND ANALYSIS OF HUMAN FACTORS EVENTS IN PAPER-MAKING COMPANY

In view of human factors events which the product system of paper-making industry company occurred in the last few years, the gray production model GM (1, 1) was constructed, the number of human factors events was forecasted which the workshop would possibly appear in the coming three years. According to the measured data of the production 0 workshop job environment in the facets of the temperature, humidity, wind speed, noise, illumination and air pollution, the problems of the coordinative job environment in the workshop were analyzed at the quantitative angle, the latent factors were pointed out which lead human factors events to stay at a high level in the workshop, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
