摘要：
Most engineering organizations are long term; they exist for many years or decades. Leaders of these organizat ions need to make sure that they have the resources necessary to support their projects and tasks, and that doesn't happen on its own. It requires maintaining the correct number and type of staff members to create a balanced organization. Building a sustainable organization is a great way to facilitate this. © 2001-2012 IEEE.
